On September 13 President Jean-Claude Juncker will present the State of the Union before the European Parliament. Three years into the Commission’s current mandate, the European Union must tackle critical dossiers whose state tells us about Brussels’ ability to cope with unprecedented challenges: The future of the EU, Brexit, the Climate and Energy Package, the Eurozone, Trade, Migration, and more.
