For the 3rd European Parliament Digital Trends Survey, FleishmanHillard set out to understand how Members of European Parliament (MEPs) consume information and interact with stakeholders. Not surprisingly, in the aftermath of the 2014 EU changeover, MEP use of online tools continues to skyrocket.  But what does that actually mean for MEPs and their stakeholders?
