Matúš focuses primarily on prudential regulation and securitisation. Before joining FleishmanHillard, he worked in the financial services practice of a law firm. He also has work experience from the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Financial Stability, Financial Services, and Capital Markets Union and the European Parliament. After studying economics in Prague, Matúš completed an MA in EU international relations at the College of Europe in Bruges. In addition to his native Slovak, he is fluent in English and has a good working knowledge of French and German.
