Jim provides policy counsel to clients from across the financial services sector.
Jim joined FleishmanHillard’s EU office in 2021 following five years with the Financial Times in Brussels covering Brexit negotiations, economic policy and financial services regulation. His in-depth understanding of EU affairs was developed over the course of a 15-year journalistic career in the Belgian capital, including four years with Bloomberg News prior to his time with the FT.
Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree from King’s College London. A Belgian and UK national, he speaks English, French and Spanish.
