In the Brussels bubble, Twitter is a cocktail party and LinkedIn is a boardroom

Success in EU public affairs, regardless of whether you’re an NGO, an industry rep, an academic or a lobbying watchdog, means cultivating trusted relationships with the people who matter to you.

Rarely does a “policy success” come to fruition without some successful personal interaction between at least two interested parties.
