Join Us: Roundtable Discussion on Corporate Governance

Fleishman-Hillard hosted a roundtable discussion with the European Commission to discuss the review of the EU corporate governance. The discussion focused on the European Commission’s Green Paper on corporate governance framework and addressed the proposals targeting investor engagement as well as the impacts for companies from the proposals targeting boards of directors.

The roundtable brought together stakeholder from financial services, EU institutions, major corporations and academia and gave the participants an opportunity to discuss the proposals directly with the European Commission.
