How can the aviation industry best use Twitter?

In April, we invited a select group of senior-level aviation stakeholders to take part in a twitter lunch jointly hosted by our Transport Lead, Rob Anger and our Digital, Social and Creative Lead Brett Kobie. The event covered the advanced use of Twitter to achieve business and policy objectives in the EU aviation space by giving an overview of FH’s tried and tested methodology for using Twitter for EU aviation policy communications. This was done by focusing on three key areas: How to get the right eyes on the right content via targeting of adverts, how to create attention-grabbing content that delivers key messages and how to explain the impact of Twitter campaigns to internal audiences
